Many companies offer different levels of service, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Blue Knight only has one level of service, and that would be considered Platinum by all standards.
We don’t sacrifice quality for profit. We only use the best products that we can find, and stand by our work, offering a full one year warranty on all parts and labor. There is one caveat: We guarantee all new parts and labor. If we take over an existing system, only the parts installed by Blue Knight Security Systems are covered under our warranty.
The standard used when estimating the cost of parts for a new burglar alarm system installation is this: We offer a level of protection where we would feel safe having our families live in that home. When it comes to fire and carbon monoxide protection, we follow the NFPA 72 and Life Safety Code 101 guidelines, as well as any BOCA codes for new construction.
